One campaign, every channel

One list. Three channels. One report.

An outage notice needs a call people pick up. The payment reminder that follows is better as an SMS. The confirmation belongs in WhatsApp, where the thread already is. All three run off the same list and the same scheduler, so someone reached on Tuesday does not get dialed again on Thursday.

Voice broadcast

Automated call plays the outage notice in the customer's language, generated by text to speech that morning.

Keypress response

Recipient presses 2 to report the fault. The response is logged against the contact and the call transfers to an agent.

SMS follow-up

Everyone who did not answer receives a text with the restoration window and a reference number.

WhatsApp confirmation

Restoration confirmed on an approved template to opted-in contacts. Replies land with an agent in HoduCC.

The platform

Every channel, every campaign and every report in one place.

Contact lists, message building, scheduling, delivery and reporting run on the same broadcasting software: one set of contact records, one administration console, and one set of numbers that reconciles at the end of the month.

Finding out a message did not land by reading yesterday’s report is too late. Running, scheduled and finished campaigns sit in one list, the live ones with counters ticking, and you can pause, throttle or stop any of them from that screen.

AI in HoduBlast

Automation does the sending. AI helps with what comes next.

The platform does the repetitive outreach without help. AI is useful at three points: shaping the message before it goes out, handling a reply when one comes back, and making sense of the results afterwards.

AI and TTSmessage and language

01Before the send

The message is built and voiced without a studio booking.

Text to speech turns a typed script into a natural-sounding message in multiple languages, so a campaign whose content changes daily does not wait on a recording session. Merge fields carry each contact’s own name, amount and date into that message.

Text to speech voices the message in multiple languages, with merge fields per contact.

  • Text to speech in multiple languages
  • Merge fields for name, account, balance and date
  • Saved SMS and WhatsApp templates
  • Answering machine detection tuned before launch

02During the campaign

A broadcast that can answer back.

A multi-level IVR turns a one-way announcement into something recipients can respond to on the keypad, and a keypress can transfer the live call straight into an agent queue with the account context already on screen.

IVR keypresses, bot replies and transfer to a live agent with context attached.

  • Multi-level IVR with keypress branches
  • WhatsApp bot for replies to a broadcast
  • Transfer to an agent queue in HoduCC
  • Two-way SMS keyword handling for STOP and YES

03After it finishes

Read the result, not the raw export.

Responses are classified by intent, sentiment is flagged across replies, and campaign scoring covers everything that went out rather than a sampled handful. Follow-up lists build themselves from who pressed what.

Responses classified by intent, sentiment flagged, follow-up lists built automatically.

See a campaign built, launched and measured.

Four minutes end to end: a contact list imported and segmented, a voice message generated with text to speech, an IVR branch with a real keypress action, concurrency and calling windows set, and the report the campaign produces. Recorded on a working HoduBlast deployment.

Who HoduBlast is built for

Built around how your outreach is organized.

A utility calling a district about an outage and a BPO running eleven campaigns for three banks need different things from the same product. Both are settings on one platform, not separate purchases. Pick whichever is closest to yours.

Reach an affected area in minutes, not through a call queue.

Outage notices, restoration updates and maintenance windows reach every affected customer at once, segmented by area, feeder or service so nobody outside the fault gets called. A keypress path lets anyone who needs an agent get one without redialing.

  • Segment by area, feeder or service before anything is dialed
  • Text to speech for messages that change hour by hour
  • Keypress transfer into the contact center for customers who need an agent
  • On-premises deployment where telecom licensing requires it

By industry

Every sector broadcasts for its own reasons.

A utility counts how fast a notice reaches a district; a lender counts promises to pay. One is bound by calling hours, the other by consent. Channel mix, suppression rules and integrations are set for your sector during implementation rather than left for you to work out later.

Why HoduBlast

Broadcasting software you deploy on your own terms.

Four questions usually decide whether an outreach platform fits or fights you: what a bigger list costs, where it is allowed to run, how far it bends to your process, and what happens when volume doubles. Here is where HoduBlast stands.

You buy capacity, not messages.

Licensed on concurrent calls, not per message. A bigger list takes longer, not more budget.

Deploy the way your business requires.

Cloud, on-premises or hybrid on one code base. Your records and logs stay where you decide.

Every layer above runs on the deployment you choose. Nothing is held back for a hosted tier.

Security and compliance

The compliance questions procurement asks first.

Reaching a large audience is the easy part. Staying inside consent, calling-hour and do-not-call rules is what decides whether a program survives its first year, and most evaluations stop at one question: where does the contact data live?

Data residency

Deployment aligned to your security needs.

Deploy on cloud, on-premises or hybrid to align the platform with your business, security and compliance needs. On-premises and private-cloud installs keep contact records, consent state and campaign logs inside your own environment, under your own retention and residency policy.

Cloud, on-premises or hybrid deployment, with contact records kept under your own retention policy.

Consent controls

Suppression applied before a number is dialed.

Global and per-tenant do-not-call lists are scrubbed at launch rather than afterwards, and an opt-out collected on any channel writes back to one suppression list that the next campaign honors automatically. Calling windows stop sends outside permitted local hours, including when a list spans time zones.

DNC scrubbed at launch, opt-outs written back to one list, calling windows enforced per region.

  • Global and per-tenant DNC scrubbing
  • Keypress, STOP reply and unsubscribe write to one list
  • Calling windows enforced per region

Platform controls

An audit trail a regulator will accept.

Every attempt, outcome and opt-out is logged and exportable, so the evidence a regulator or an enterprise client asks for already exists rather than being reconstructed. Answering machine detection keeps the record honest about what a contact reached actually means.

Every attempt, outcome and opt-out logged and exportable, per campaign and per tenant.

  • Attempt and outcome logging per campaign
  • Encrypted traffic and stored campaign records
  • STIR/SHAKEN call authentication
ISO27001:2022 ISO9001:2015

These controls support your compliance program. They are not legal advice, and obligations under TCPA, GDPR and local telecom rules remain yours.

Integrations

Frequently asked questions

What evaluation teams ask first.

The questions operations, compliance and procurement raise in the first meeting, answered properly. Anything not covered here is a good reason to book a demo.

What is voice, SMS and WhatsApp broadcasting software?

It sends one prepared message to an entire contact list at once, across voice calls, SMS and WhatsApp, without an agent placing each call or typing each text. You upload a list, build the message, set the rules and schedule the send. HoduBlast adds multi-level IVR inside the call, text to speech, per-contact personalization, answering machine detection, suppression handling and live reporting on the same platform.

How many concurrent calls can HoduBlast handle?

Deployments run at 5,000 or more concurrent calls. The practical ceiling on any given day is whatever your SIP trunk capacity supports. Concurrency limits are set per campaign and per tenant, so a promotional broadcast never consumes the capacity reserved for outage alerts or collections.

How is HoduBlast priced?

On concurrent calls rather than per message or per contact. You choose the concurrency tier that matches your trunk capacity, and campaign volume can grow inside that tier without the unit economics changing. Sending to a larger list changes how long a campaign takes, not what it costs per contact reached. Licensing is scoped to deployment type, concurrent calls, channels and integrations, and quoted against your operation.

What is the difference between voice broadcasting and SMS broadcasting?

Voice broadcasting places automated calls that play a recorded or text to speech message and can accept keypress responses through an IVR tree. SMS broadcasting sends text to the same list with delivery receipts, but no in-message interaction beyond a reply. Voice suits urgent and interactive messages, SMS suits short referenceable ones, and most programs use both in sequence on the same contact list.

Can we use text to speech instead of recording audio?

Yes. Type the script and HoduBlast generates a natural-sounding voice message, including in multiple languages. It is the fastest way to run a campaign whose content changes daily, and it removes the studio step from multilingual broadcasts entirely.

Can messages be personalized per recipient?

Yes. Any column in your contact list can become a merge field, including first name, account number, balance, appointment date and reference number. The value is substituted per contact in both spoken and written messages, so one campaign produces a different message for every recipient.

Does HoduBlast support IVR surveys?

Yes. Build a multi-level IVR tree into the broadcast, map each keypress to a response, and the report shows what recipients chose. A keypress can also transfer the live call to an agent, so a survey can turn into a conversation where that is useful.

Does it support Answering Machine Detection?

Yes. Answering Machine Detection identifies voicemails and answering machines automatically, so the appropriate message is left and a machine is not counted as a contact reached. That distinction matters as soon as anyone reports on campaign effectiveness.

How does HoduBlast handle DNC and compliance?

Do-not-call lists are scrubbed at launch rather than afterwards, opt-outs collected on any channel write back to one suppression list, and calling windows are enforced per region including where a list spans time zones. Every attempt and outcome is logged for audit. How these controls are configured against TCPA, GDPR or local telecom rules is decided with your compliance team during implementation.

Can campaigns be scheduled and repeated?

Yes. Set a date, time and time zone, or configure a recurring broadcast that repeats without anyone starting it. Scheduled campaigns respect the same concurrency ceilings, retry rules and calling windows as immediate ones.

Can WhatsApp broadcasts continue as conversations?

Yes, where HoduBlast runs alongside HoduCC. Replies to a broadcast route into the contact center and land with an agent, so a promotional message can turn into a sale without the customer switching channels or repeating themselves.

Is HoduBlast available on-premises, or only in the cloud?

Cloud, on-premises and hybrid deployment are all supported, in single-tenant or multi-tenant configuration. On-premises matters where data residency or telecom licensing requires the platform to sit inside your own infrastructure, which is a point of difference from broadcasting platforms offered as cloud only.

Is it suitable for multi-client operations?

Yes. Multi-tenant deployment gives each client or business unit isolated contact lists, suppression, campaigns and reporting on one platform, while your operations team administers the whole floor from a single console. A new client is provisioned rather than procured.

Does the software provide real-time reporting?

Yes. Delivery, answer, keypress and failure counts update while the campaign runs, alongside cost per contact reached, and every report exports per campaign and per tenant. Campaigns can be paused, throttled or stopped from the same screen.

Reach the whole list before lunch.

Voice, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns on one platform, with concurrent-call licensing, consent controls and personalization built in, deployed on cloud, on-premises or hybrid infrastructure by a vendor serving enterprises and service providers since 2015.
